Lying and trust

We had another lying episode yesterday. We were all in the car together and heard it. She continued to deny saying what she said. We waited until we were home and handled it. She had to apologize to each person by name and read scripture aloud. She is not going to Kids Camp with the other girls on Tuesday. She will begin on Wednesday. She will be home doing what I tell her to do. No screen time (TV, computers, etc), no bike, no trampoline, etc. I am looking for a good book on lying. Any suggestions? Maybe I will make her write a paper on lying and trust. What do you do for this kind of situation?
